Sidle up to the bar in a Snuggie

— -- The Snuggie —the "blanket with sleeves" that's sweeping the nation one infomercial at a time — could be coming to a bar near you. Thousands have registered for the Snuggie Pub Crawls that are taking place in at least 15 cities this month and next.

Chicago has already amassed more than 3,000 people looking to chug and snug their way through the city's bars on April 18. San Francisco's crawl is scheduled for March 20, and cities from Detroit to Dallas and Seattle to Atlanta are planning similar events with dates yet to be determined.
