— -- A Colorado man seems in good spirits despite his run-in with the law, giving police a toothy grin after he was arrested on a robbery charge.
Michael Whitington, 45, of Denver, is accused of robbing a bank and then trying to escape on a local train, the Denver District Attorney's Office told ABC's affiliate KMGH-TV in Denver.
Police managed to stop the train and arrest Whitington on Tuesday.
Whitington was in police custody today with a bond set at $5,000.
He is scheduled to appear in Denver County Court on Tuesday.
