June 2, 2011 — -- A 73-year-old Arizona man has been identified as the suspect in this morning's shooting deaths of five people in Yuma, including his ex-wife and a divorce lawyer, officials said.

The man, Carey Hal Dyess, was later found dead from an apparent self-inflicted gunshot wound at about 11:30 a.m., the Yuma Police Department and County Sheriff's Office said in a release.

The other names have yet to be released and a wounded victim was flown to a Phoenix-area hospital.

The shootings appeared "to be personal in nature" and there was "no indication of any relation to terrorism," the FBI told ABC News.

FBI agent Allan Grimes said that one victim was the alleged shooter's ex-wife and another a divorce lawyer.

Officials suspect that the lawyer represented the woman in a case against Dyess, Grimes said.

The shootings occurred in the southwest part of the state and forced officials to lock down a courthouse and schools, which have since reopened.

The Yuma Sun said attorneys in the downtown Yuma area had confirmed attorney Jerrold Shelley as one of the victims.
