Jan. 6, 2010— -- Two Democratic senators have announced that they will not be seeking reelection in 2010, swinging open some key midterm election races. Sens. Chris Dodd, D-Conn., and Byron Dorgan, D-N.D., have each said they will not run for re-election when their terms end.
