Every week, our stores receive a customer marketing calendar which includes the promotions for that week (among other store related information) as well as the ongoing promotion like 15 percent off when customers sign up for email or mobile messaging. This information is posted in our associate back room as well as reviewed by store management as the start of a shift.
Email: a customer can sign up for email when they're in-store or on express.com. When they sign up, they receive 15% on their next purchase. They will also receive notification of promotions and other news on Express.
If you access the EXPLife tab on Express.com, you can find details on the lower right corner of all the channels a customer can engage with, including our free Mobile APP for iPhone/iPod Touch, Android and Blackberry. The Express Mobile App gives customers instant access to special offers, one-time only promotions and exclusive updates. Great place to see special product features too. If a customer who has downloaded the Express Mobile App is near an Express store, they can opt in for alerts on special promotions and savings that are currently running.
Facebook: we launched a shopping tab on our Facebook page in May of this year which also features a special section on daily "Deals & Steals." The Deals & Steals can also be found on Express.com and the Mobile App. We also posted promotions and savings opportunities on our Twitter feed as well.
Express Cash is a "spend & get" promotion from time to time. i.e. for every X$ spent, customers receive X$ off their next purchase.
