Teleflora provided the following statement:

"We are absolutely committed to quality products and services at Teleflora, and apologize that the bouquet you ordered did not meet our high standards. With 16,000 local neighborhood florists throughout the U.S. and Canada, Teleflora is the only floral wire service company that offers 100% hand-arranged, hand-delivered bouquets. Unfortunately, human error can occur, and in this case the florist delivered the wrong bouquet. We take great pride in delivering the best arrangements and we will always replace bouquets that do not delight and satisfy our customers."
