Jan. 20, 2007 — -- Sen. Hillary Clinton, D-N.Y., may have just officially announced the start of her presidential run today, but already conservatives are planning a "documentary" that they suggest will expose new wrinkles to the former first lady's personal and political story.

Dave Bossie, president of conservative non profit Citizens United, and Dick Morris, a political writer who has recently been critical of the Clintons, are working on the film, Bossie told ABC News Saturday.

The pair hopes to release the project sometime this fall, and Bossie, the film's executive producer, said it will present Clinton's story in a "unique and interesting way."

Clinton announced on her Web site today that she will form an exploratory committee for president. Speculation that the senator would make a presidential bid has been circulating for months.

The timing of the film's release, which could be as early as September or October, "will depend on the dynamics of the political scene," Bossie said.

Bossie called the film a documentary, but not in the traditional "talking heads" sense.

"I believe it will be interesting and at the same time entertaining to the American people," he said.

Ninety percent of the movie is newly shot material, Bossie said.

A team of researchers, headed by J.T. Mastranadi, a former staffer on the House Committee on Government Oversight, is currently looking for information about the senator.

Although the film's working budget is $2 million -- not much by Hollywood standards -- Bossie and Morris are continuing to try to raise money.
