"It definitely was for two reasons," she told Ryan Seacrest on his radio show. "The eighth was our anniversary so I wanted to land on an eighth, and it landed on a Monday in September!"

"But also... I figured out like, 'Oh, I don’t think anybody would figure this one out,'" she continued, "and that was to protect the privacy of it."
It worked. Tisdale, 29, who recently returned from a tropical honeymoon, gushed about her big day.
"It was very awesome," she said.
