During a recent visit to Children's National Hospital in Washington, D.C., the actor met a little girl named Kara "who insisted I look at w/ great admiration her beautiful, bright blue nail polish!" he wrote.

The Rock, 42, is the most recent celeb to make time for children during the holiday season. Recently, Chris Evans surprised a 9-year-old who had brain surgery.
