Gina Rodriguez Offers to Give Golden Globes Dress to Fan
A fan wants to wear Gina Rodriguez's dress for her prom.
— -- Gina Rodriguez just proved how giving she is to her fans.
When a fan tweeted at the actress saying she'd love to wear the dress Rodriguez wore to the 2015 Golden Globes to her prom, the "Jane the Virgin" star had good news and bad news.
"Where do you live?" she wrote. "I only own my first globes dress the one from last year...maybe we can make this happen."
Last year Rodriguez, 31, wore a black strapless Badgley Mischka gown and won the Golden Globe Award for Best Actress in a Comedy Series.
After the lucky fan clarified which dress the actress was referring to, Rodriquez replied, "Let's talk about it. I'm reaching out."
A source tells ABC News that Rodriguez has indeed been in touch with the fan and plans to make arrangements to give her the coveted dress.
