— -- Halle Berry has a secret to keeping her body looking amazing, even after two kids. It's a secret she even takes to bed with her.

Berry spoke to Yahoo Style about her latest lingerie venture and even revealed her favorite accessory.

"I really need a good bra. I’ve always been a little busty and my mother taught me when I was very young that if I don’t want my boobs to hit my knees by the time I’m 30, always wear a bra, even to bed," she told the site. "Comfort is very important to me because I wear my bra around the clock. For a girl like me, a good bra is everything."

She added that nice lingerie can have a positive effect on a woman's attitude.

"It’s about how you feel," she said. "I think women buy lingerie for themselves, to have their own little secret. And when you feel sexy inside, people will pick up on a confidence you have. And at the end of the day, your partner will get to reap the rewards."

Berry just relaunched the lingerie brand Scandale and made the line more affordable for all women, with styles available at stores like Target.

Berry added that while she is considered a style icon and beauty in America, she's learned a few things from her French husband, Olivier Martinez.

"I think what French women understand that I have come to understand is to always put energy into what you wear under your clothes. They’re not going to get caught in an emergency room without being prepared. They put a lot of energy into their underwear but also their outerwear," she said. "They would not put their sweats on and run to the market. My husband calls me out on that. I have definitely changed as a result of being married to a French husband. I care more about what I wear out of the house and he calls me out on it if I don’t."

While Berry looks as gorgeous as ever at 48 years old, the Oscar-winning actress opened up about aging in a very vain industry.

"As an actor, you face having to age and redefine yourself," she said. "The roles you were able to play before, you can’t play anymore. So you have to adapt and play a different role. And as actresses, we need to accept that we’re not always going to be the sexy ingénue, but hopefully we get better with age. We improve our craft. We have to be happy where we are and not try and chase yesteryear, because that’s when it becomes problematic."
