Dec. 18, 2014— -- Kaley Cuoco can sum up her holiday decorating style in a word: sparkly.

"The Big Bang Theory" star turned to her interior designer, Jeff Andrews, to deck out her home for the holidays, then showed off the results in the latest issue of Domaine.

"Jeff knows my personal taste and style very well. He knows that I love gold and anything sparkly!" Cucoco told the online decor and shopping site.

Andrews, who also designed Cuoco's home, chimed in, "Metallic tones like gold, platinum, bronze, and silver with white and green accents seem perfectly suited to her home. Not overly traditional or childish—just chic and festive."

Cuoco and Andrews decorated not one, but two Christmas trees. Look closely as you'll see some furry faces among the ornaments, pine cones and gold and silver jingle bell garland.

"We have a ton of picture ornaments of our dogs. Since they are basically our kids, they mean the most to me!" Cuoco told Domaine.

She even posted a picture of her dog Ruby posing in front of the trees.

As fun as decorating is for the holiday, Cuoco loves something even more.

"I love gift wrapping. I hand-wrap every single gift with tons of different trinkets," she told the website. "I like to add ornaments to the top of the wrapping, so it’s a little extra gift on top of the gift. In fact, I’ve always dreamed of a special gift-wrapping room!"

After the house was decorated and the gifts wrapped, Cuoco invited her friends and family over for some holiday cheer, serving them a special Champagne cocktail made with fresh pomegranate seeds.

"I absolutely love entertaining and hosting dinner parties and any family occasion," said the natural hostess, adding her advice for a great party: "Good food, endless drinks, music ... and dogs dressed in holiday attire."
