Kim Richards Arrested for Alleged Shoplifting at Target

— -- Reality star Kim Richards was arrested on Sunday for alleged shoplifting at a Target in Van Nuys, California, local police told ABC News.
Richards, 50, was arrested by Target loss prevention security for allegedly stealing more than $600 in merchandise. She was later booked at the Van Nuys station.
She was released early Monday on bail, police said.
The case will now be given to detectives, who will present the information to the Los Angeles City Attorney, who will decide if charges should be filed.
This isn't The "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star's first run-in with the law.
In April, she was arrested for public intoxication,trespassing, resisting an officer and battery on a police officer after an incident at the Beverly Hills Hotel.
In June, she pleaded not guilty to the charges, according to the Associated Press. She also went to rehab after that arrest.
