Louis Tomlinson of One Direction Shares First Photo of Newborn Son

— -- Louis Tomlinson and his newborn son are picture perfect.

Tomlinson, 24, posted the first photo of his and Briana Jungwirth's baby boy on Wednesday, and revealed the name of their cute kid on social media.

The black-and-white photo shows the One Direction singer cradling the infant in his arms.

"Meet my little lad, Freddie," Tomlinson wrote.

Tomlinson announced the birth of baby Freddie last week. "I'm pleased to say my baby son was born yesterday :) He is healthy and pretty amazing :) I'm very happy!!" Tomlinson wrote on Twitter, later adding, "Daddy daddy cool."

Tomlinson also thanked his fans for their support, saying, "Thank you so much for the all nice messages."

Tomlinson and Jungwirth, a stylist, dated briefly in early 2014 and, according to People, have remained close. Last summer it was revealed that Tomlinson and Jungwirth were expecting. This is the first child for both.
