Patrick Dempsey and His Wife, Jillian, Split After 15 Years

— -- "Grey's Anatomy" actor Patrick Dempsey and his wife, Jillian Fink, are headed for divorce.

In a statement to People magazine, the couple said it was with "careful consideration and mutual respect" that they've decided to end their marriage of 15 years.

"Our primary concern remains the well-being of our children, and we ask with profound gratitude that you respect our family's privacy at this very sensitive time," they said.

The couple has three kids: daughter Tallulah Fyfe, 12, and twin boys Sullivan Patrick and Darby Galen, 7.

This was the second marriage for Dempsey. He was previously married to the actress Rocky Parker from 1987 to 1994.
