June 20, 2014 -- Robin Thicke seems to still be carrying a torch for his estranged wife, Paula Patton.

Not only did he name his new album after her, but the art features the singer with his head bowed, looking serious.

"After we announced our separation and stuff I went right into the studio and had a lot to say and made a whole album in about a month," Thicke, 37, told Steve Harvey earlier this month. "I gotta impress her somehow."

His first single, "Get Her Back," sets the tone for the entire album.

"It's very subtle," he said, laughing. "We got a lot to talk about on that subject."

The tracklist for Paula, according to Billboard, is below. The album will be released July 1.
