Kristen was joined in the bottom three by two artists from Adam Levine's team: Kat Perkins and Christina Grimmie.

Though Kat advanced via the "instant save" the previous two weeks, it was Christina who earned a reprieve from viewers this time around.

Christina will compete against Team Usher's Josh Kaufman and Team Blake Shelton's Jake Worthington in the finals.

Before voting on the "instant save" began, Kristen, Kat and Christina performed for the viewers. Kristen sang Carrie Underwood's "Blown Away"; Kat took on another Underwood tune, "Good Girl"; and Christina covered OneRepublic's "Apologize."

Ed Sheeran also stopped by to announce he will perform during the finals, which begin Monday night on NBC.

A new champ will be crowned the following night.
