Watch: Miley Cyrus Gives Advice to Justin Bieber
She had some great advice of where the star should party.

Miley Cyrus has some advice for you.
The "Bangerz" singer, 21, sat down with Jay Leno last night and shared her words of wisdom for Bieber, 19, who was arrested for alleged DUI a couple weeks back in Miami and then, more recently, turned himself in to Toronto police in connection with an alleged assault earlier this week.
"I would just say, 'You've got a lot of money. Pay people to make sure you don't get in trouble and party at your house,'" she said. "Buy a house, and add a club to it."

She also talked about her fans, who have been posting celebrity mugshots.
"They were like, 'I don't see a Miley mugshot yet!'" she added. "And I get the most flack out of anybody ... I'm not doing anything illegal!"
She continued, "I'm doing a lot of s--t, I'm not doing anything illegal, so that's all right."
