Procter & Gamble Tide to Go Instant Stain Remover -- ($2.99)

Tide to Go Instant Stain Remover is an effective stain remover that is easy to use, safe and highly portable, according to the Good Housekeeping Institute tests. It is most effective on liquid stains like coffee, cola and wine, and is safe to use on colored and delicate fabrics.

Clorox Disinfecting Wipes -- (99 cents for a pack of nine)

Clorox Disinfecting Wipes clean the germs you might find at hotels and rest stops and fit neatly in the glove box of your car. These disinfecting wipes in small pouches are designed specifically for on-the-go use. In different institute tests, the wipes performed well. The Good Housekeeping Institute says these wipes would be especially useful for cleaning changing tables, bathroom faucets, toilet seats, handrails, food tables and other surfaces that families traveling by car are likely to encounter.
