Reporter: Good morning, George. This is a hospital that specializes in treating Afghan women and children. These Americans, losing their lives while trying to help those in need. A group of doctors and nurses was walking into the hospital, when that security guard opened fire on them, killing those three American physicians, including a father and son. An American woman, a nurse, was also shot and wounded. The guard then turned the gun on himself. But he's still alive and in custody. The hospital is run by a pennsylvania-based charity and treats tens of thousands every year. George? It seems like this campaign targeting westerners and Americans really has intensified. Reporter: It really has. I haven't seen such a targeted campaign to kill westerners there in a very long time. The Taliban has hit a restaurant and upscale hotel and variety of compounds frequented by foreigners in recent months. We've been to all of them. This comes as the U.S. Is trying to decide how many American troops to leave behind, as we prepare a major withdrawal by the end of the year.
