Reporter: Today, a judge will consider their petition requesting a conservatorship over kasem, who is suffering from parkinson's disease. Reporter: At a hearing last month, the judge appointed an independent doctor who has been assessing the quality of care being provided by jean kasem. Reporter: Since the first court hearing last month, jean kasem tried to end the litigation.
