I was a little surprised that this had gone on for several months. The white house was reportedly not told until wednesday. As long as they hold, you won't see any national security implications. The president was already planning to replace secretary of state hillary clinton and secretary of defense leon pan net that was also planning on leaving. And there's that investigation of what happened in benghazi going on. David petraeus was set to testify in bghazi this week. The republicans aren't happy about that. Unlikely to be good enough for a lot of members of congress. Peter king wants to speak petraeus directly. This week, I'll be talking to saxby chambliss. Do they still want to hear from david petraeus himself. On the fiscal cliff, the tax like that will go into effect on JANUARY 1st, THE PRESIDENT IS Saying I want to raise taxes on rich people.
