When one man was shot while driving in his car he didn't think twice about what he would do next. It happened Donna California freeway Kenneth baker says a driver opened fire sprained his car with bullets. Three of them had his arm I felt something leaking going down -- solved at my T -- was full of blood. But instead of panic -- baker who's been and other high speed -- is as a former cop. Chased after the shooter in his car going as fast as 95 miles per hour. I said I'm not to let this man go because once if I let me go I'll never seen you can. -- called 911 that's when the California Highway Patrol joined the chase. And arrested the suspect.
