Even the most experienced skiers can get into scary situation in the Colorado Rockies all of takes one wrong -- -- and then another and another. Just ask Alex mcinnis who recently had a frightening experience. Out skiing in Colorado when suddenly he was lost. Really lost nothing looked familiar not the trails not the treaties the whole time at -- says. He tried not to panic as he looks for the way back. But even that got harder and harder. When you're digging yourself a snow cave in the middle of the you know -- bill the woods in the sun's going down things are not looking very good. Mcinnis says he decided to keep moving his water and energy bars running out. He hiked its -- 52 miles until he was spotted by crews searching for him. Seeing his family again his two children after the 24 hour ordeal Alex as was the best feeling in the world.
