That outrageous video is sparking a firestorm among parents and this morning ABC news learning the bus driver is now off the job. You're watching video from inside an elementary school bus near San Antonio, Texas, right before spring break. That's the bus driver on the left. Listen to what that driver yells at the young girl crying. Cry baby. Reporter: Listen again. Cry baby. Reporter: You heard that right. The bus driver calls the girl a cry baby. But it doesn't end there. Listen as the floresville south elementary school bus driver urges the other kids on the bus to join in and mock the girl. Ready? Cry, cry, cry. I want my mama. Reporter: The video was just obtained by ABC station KSAT and it's sending shock waves through the community. One student reportedly saying a sign in the bus even reads no bullying. This morning mothers of kids on that bus are speaking out. I can't believe they would allow this. Reporter: This mother didn't want to show her face but she is furious. She treated the children as if she were a child herself bullying the child. Reporter: The superintendent agrees telling ABC news overnight that the bus driver in question is no longer employed by the school district. Cry baby. I was very concerned with that and it's definitely not appropriate. Cry, cry. Reporter: The school's pta also sounding off this morning saying in a statement "The video is of great concern to everyone who has watched it." And after that incident the superintendent took matters into her own hands boarding the bus herself unannounced to let the kids know they should always tell adults whether they've been mistreated. All of us shaking our heads this morning. I cannot believe that.
