Transcript for Scientists May Soon Be Able to Read Your Dreams
Also burring up our "Heat index." It sounds like a sci-fi movie. A team of researchers are saying they're on the path to Reading our dreams, Reading our minds based on a new brain scanning technology. I guess scientists showed volunteers a series of facial images and they were able to record the brain's response to the different features like smiles or skin color and using that information they were able to re-create the images based only on the brain's response. If you're dreaming after you've been through this they can display the image of what your brain is scanning up on a screen. Wow. Crazy. That is. Would you want to do that? What's the benefit? You don't want to know. What kind of dreams are you having. I watch a lot of horror movies. One thing could be if they could read the images on someone's -- a victim of a crime. Oh, yeah. Oh, wow, right. They could find out who the perpetrator was. Incredible. And they two say that analyzing your dreams can really help you sort of make breakthroughs in your personal life so maybe. I don't know. There's something there. There is something there. Certainly. I was thinking dreams are a delete button like I want it to go away like just get that out. Don't want to relive it.
