This store sold more than 40,000 bottles yesterday. People having to be careful once again while they're brushing teeth and showering not to swallow the water. This morning, nearly 500,000 Toledo residents can't drink from the tap. Ohio's governor declaring a state of emergency after routine testing Friday morning showed the city's water supply was contaminated by microsystins. They can trigger symptoms from vomiting to numbness. They're believed to be produced from this algae bloom. The National Guard delivering bottled whatter from across the state. It's awful. It's been horrible. Reporter: As grocery store shelves cleared out by early morning, some residents faced price gougers, charging up to $15 for a case of water. We've been at target since 8:00 this morning. There was no water on the north side of Toledo. Reporter: Stores and restaurants closed. This man paying it forward. This is all well water.
