Answer:Ginger is a wonderful herb. It's been used in indigenous medical cultures for thousands of years as a medicine and in Ayurveda and Chinese medicine. We find it particularly useful in women who are having nausea when they're pregnant. The usual dose for ginger is about 250 milligrams four times a day or 500 milligrams twice a day. But honestly, I suggest to many of my pregnant patients that they just have ginger tea in small sips, and that seems to be just as effective as taking a capsule.
