Question: Does it matter which cholinesterase inhibitor (donepezil, galantamine, rviastigmine) I take?

Answer: There are three cholinesterase inhibitors that are widely used: Aricept, Razadyne and Exelon. Each is similarly effective, although individuals may tolerate one better than the other. So the most important reason for choosing one of these drugs over another is tolerability to an individual.
