There are for example some breakfast bars that are made from whole grains and nuts, with low amounts of sugar in them. And that maybe along with an apple to take with you can be a pretty good breakfast. But beware, a lot of low-fat breakfast bars are really full of refined starch and sugar, and are not a good way to get the day started.
