Who Is This Puffy-Faced Star?
Kelly Ripa confessed to Elle magazine that she gets the occasional Botox injection. "Every seven months or so my eyelid skin rests on my eyelashes," she said. "So I feel like it makes my makeup artist's life easier, and it makes my eyes look a little more open on TV, which is where I happen to work right now." The host also said she gets Botox in her armpits to avoid sweating.
Lara Flynn Boyle
Lara Flynn Boyle's puffy face and mouth appear to be the result of an overindulgence in artifical enhancements. The 42-year-old "Twin Peaks" star was nearly unrecognizable as she stopped for gas in Santa Monica, Calif., on Oct. 20, 2012.

Michelle Pfeiffer 'All for' Plastic Surgery
Michelle Pfeiffer doesn't mind the idea of a little nip and tuck. "I'm all for a little here and there -- fine. It doesn't matter to me if people have plastic surgery or they don't, or if they do Botox," she told Elle magazine. But the 53-year-old actress said some people go too far. "When people don't look like themselves anymore, that's when you go, 'Oooh,' and it's kind of sad."

Kim Kardashian Bruised From Botox
Kardashian, however, has tried cosmetic injections at least once. Last September, she wrote on her blog that though she "freaked out" at the immediate results of the Botox procedure she received on her E! show, "Keeping Up With the Kardashians," shown here in a photo obtained from YouTube, the bruises around her eyes were not the signs of a "botched job." Kardashian receives Botox injections into the side muscles of her eyes -- a cosmetic use of the neurotoxin that the U.S. Food and Drug Administration has not yet approved.

Lisa Rinna Gets Surgical Lip Reduction
"Melrose Place" actress Lisa Rinna let cameras into the operating room as she got a lip reduction on her reality show "Harry Loves Lisa." "She could look weird for the rest of her life," admitted Rinna's husband Harry Hamlin when she got the stitches removed after the lip reduction. Rinna acknowledged last year that she owed her infamously plumped-up pout to the silicone injections she had in 1986. She told People magazine that she had her upper lip surgically reduced partially because of public reaction to her lip-boosting decision, which she described as overwhelmingly negative.
Dolly Parton, Kenny Rogers Defy Age
Kate Hudson underwent plastic surgery to increase her breast size in March 2010, according to Us Weekly magazine. Hudson's chest appeared slightly larger as she relaxed in Miami April 9, 2010. A source told the magazine, "Kate makes jokes about her boobs, but her chest has always been one of her biggest insecurities." Hudson has not commented on the report. "I have small breasts, obviously," the actress said at the 2002 Golden Globes Awards.
Stars New Looks
In March 2010, Mackenzie Phillips unveiled a new look that she said reflects her desire to reinvent her life from the inside out.
Phillips' $50,000 makeover included Botox, Restylane and laser treatments to her face, as well as extensive dental work -- 36 hours' worth -- and hair extensions.
The former star of the sitcom "One Day at a Time" said the purpose of the makeover wasn't to erase the ravages of her past rock 'n' roll lifestyle but to demonstrate the inner peace she's achieved.
"I've no desire to erase anything," she told "Good Morning America." "I'm really happy."

Heidi Montag's 10 Plastic Surgeries
Heidi Montag was back in the spotlight in January 2010 with a "tweaked" face and body, courtesy of 10 plastic surgery procedures she underwent in a single day. But the reality TV star told ABC News' Juju Chang that she's "not addicted" to plastic surgery.
"I think I just look like a different, improved version of myself," she said.
The procedures Montag underwent include a nose job revision, chin reduction, mini brow lift, botox in forehead and frown area, fat injections in cheeks, nasolabial folds and lips, neck liposuction, ears pinned back, liposuction on waist, hips and inner and outer thighs, buttock augmentation and breast augmentation revision.
Supermodel Cindy Crawford, shown in 1999, left, and again in November 2009, right, seems to be getting younger looking with age … perhaps that's thanks to Botox injections. As reported in the Daily Mail, "There's a doctor here in London who I've gone to for Botox. I did a whole skin care line with him. But I haven't done Botox for 10 years. And I didn't do collagen, I don't think," Crawford shared with Mail on Sunday columnist Piers Morgan. The full article will appear in an upcoming GQ.
Celebs Aging Naturally or With a Little... Help? Amy Winehouse
Amy Winehouse's new curvaceous appearance wasn't caused by hearty meals and a good push-up bra -- the British singer recently got breast implants to enhance her previously emaciated frame. Her father approves: Mitch Winehouse told British TV show "This Morning" that his 26-year-old daughter is, "Fantastic, fantastic. Her boobs are great as well ... I shouldn't have said that should I? She looks absolutely fantastic."

Celebs Aging Naturally or With a Little... Help? Gordon Ramsay
Now that "Hell's Kitchen" host/chef Gordon Ramsay is big in America, he's game for going under the knife. The 42-year-old Ramsay recently got the skin on his chin tightened thanks to advice from fellow Brit turned American star, Simon Cowell. "Simon Cowell suggested that now I'm a success in America, I should do something, so I had a filler put under the deep crevices," he told Britain's Daily Mail. "It hurt."

Known for her "posh lifestyle," Victoria Beckham seems to have downsized something recently -- reportedly a breast augmentation. According to the British Sun, she had her breast implants removed about a month ago, going down from a busty 34DD to a more natural 34B cup bra size. "She felt that was part of her old WAG image -- the big hair, big boobs and fake tan -- and that she has moved on since those days." Beckham's rep has declined to comment on the matter.
Actress Teri Hatcher admitted to trying Botox injections on "Oprah" in March 2006. "You know, like that thing where you just feel so yucky about yourself...and I went to a dermatologist and I'm like, `I'm just so tired, look how tired, I'm so tired.' And she said, `Do your Botox.'" The star went on to say she has cut back to look more natural. She said, "For me, the reason I don't do it is because I just don't want to put weird things in my body. And also, you know what? I'm not 25 and I would like to stop having to try to look like I'm 25. And I think, you know, being at 41, I feel like I want to embrace my inner beauty more than what's going on out here."

Once a celebrated sex symbol, actor Mickey Rourke is hardly recognizable these days. The actor turned to a plastic surgeon in an effort to unscramble his face after years of punches and pummelling in the boxing ring in the 1990s. He has admitted, "I went to a certain kind of doctor. I believed it would make things different." He told Entertainment Weekly in an Oct. 31, 2008 article, "When I was boxing I had six nose operations, I had cartilage taken from behind my ear, I had short-term memory loss, I've got an equilibrium problem, I don't have as many teeth in my head as I used to."
Singer Kenny Rogers says he regrets going under the knife. The 71-year-old told the National Enquirer in 2008, "I'm the plastic surgery king. I'm a bionic man! Every part of my body has been scooped or something at one time. I kind of wish I hadn't done it. Looking back at some pictures of myself, my eyes were a lot warmer than they are now, and I miss that. They have settled in a lot and they're not as bad as they were right after surgery." He adds, "I didn't want to be an old man with this young girl. I didn't want to look like an old man. As you go through life, you make choices. Some are good, some are bad."
Aging Naturally or With a Lil' Help?
Comedian and TV host Joan Rivers has been candid and unapologetic about getting a little -- or a lot -- of help in combating nature. Her surgically altered face became fodder for a Geico commercial, in which she says, "Am I smiling? I can't tell." Rivers, pictured at left in the 1960s, has certainly warded off more than a few wrinkles from her 64-year-old face, pictured at right earlier this month.
"Dancing With the Stars" contestant Priscilla Presley admitted that she was a "victim" of an unlicensed plastic surgeon in a statement released by her rep March 25, 2008. The 63-year-old's spokesperson said, "Priscilla Presley was one of many documented victims of Dr. [Daniel] Serrano." Serrano was arrested in 2004 and charged with importing and distributing a combination of synthetic collagen and tiny solid beads, which was not approved by the FDA, People magazine reported at the time. Presley's rep added in the statement, "Ms. Presley dealt with this matter years ago and everything is now well." Dr. Serrano was sentenced to 18 months in jail in 2006.
