NEW YORK, Feb. 8, 2013— -- As President Obama prepares for his State of the Union address, two powerhouse roundtables join George Stephanopoulos to tackle the latest challenges at home and abroad, Sunday on "This Week."

How will President Obama frame his second term agenda when he addresses the nation next Tuesday?
