Iran Building Fake Aircraft Carrier
Well that looks familiar. Iran is building a (nonworking) mock aircraft carrier based on the U.S. Navy’s Nimitiz-class carriers, according to the New York Times.
Analysts studying satellite photos first noticed the ship being built in a shipyard near the Persian Gulf and found that even fake aircraft was placed on the ship’s deck. A spokesman for the Navy’s Fifth Fleet in Bahrain told the New York Times they believe the non-functioning ship was built for propaganda.
The Times reported that U.S. officials said they are keeping an eye on the copycat ship and have given it the nickname of “target barge.”

Starbucks is on a roll. First, it announced it would pair with Oprah to bring you a blend of the media mogul's eponymous chai tea, and now it's planning to roll out beer and wine to match its savory food menu at thousands of more stores.
But don't get too excited. Starbucks COO Troy Alstead said the roll-out could take several years, so it might be a while before you can make a hot dinner date at your local coffee spot for a glass of chardonnay and container of mac and cheese.
