It looks like O.J. Simpson will being staying put behind bars in Las Vegas, at least for now.

The former football player was denied a new trial on Tuesday for robbery and kidnapping convictions in Las Vegas in 2008, according to the L.A. Times. He was sentenced to 33 years after the convictions.

Simpson, 66, sought a new trial, claiming that he had received incompetent legal counsel.

"We're obviously very disappointed in the judge's decision," Simpson attorney Osvaldo Fumo said, according to the L.A. Times. "We plan to appeal the case."

And the mirror ball goes to … Amber Riley! Cue the applause.

After battling a knee injury for much of the season, "Glee" star Amber Riley won the mirror ball trophy Tuesday night over fellow finalists Corbin Bleu and Jack Osbourne at the conclusion of the two-night finale of "Dancing With the Stars."

Riley, 27, screamed with joy and hurled herself onto her pro partner, former "Dancing" pro champion Derek Hough, when co-host Tom Bergeron announced that she was the winner. It was the fifth win for Hough.

Now what? Social Climber assumes a mirror ball world tour where Riley will talk about world peace, right?

Hold the presses. Jessica Alba is blonde … again. And you care. Because it's trending.

Alba is currently shooting "Barely Lethal" in which she stars as assassin Victoria Knox. Either Knox can't decide if she wants to be blonde or brunette or Alba can't. She has been flip-flopping on the hair color more often than Social Climber cares to detail.

You can follow each color change on her Instagram page here. Don't get too excited.
