Nine people are in the hospital after -- motor -- collision sent passengers flying into the water in the Florida Keys. A 36 foot boat carrying sixteen people and a 28 foot boat with two passengers. Crossed pats early Sunday night now the smaller boat collided with a larger vessels striking with enough force to not more than a dozen people off the boat and into the water. The most seriously injured passenger was -- from the water by helicopter and airlifted to a hospital. He's believed to have suffered a leg injury and possible concussion the smaller boat capsized in the crash -- authorities don't believe alcohol as a factor. But may bring charges if either boat captain violated boating rules.
