Reporter: Some questioned cordle's motivation because, at the time of the video, he all ready knew he was being investigated. Today, the court assigned a new judge to the case, and cordle's attorneys say he plans to plead guilty next week. He faces two to eight and a half years in jail. And while bond was set today, cordle's attorneys say he wants to stay in jail at least until he enters his guilty plea. He wants to make sure he makes good on his promise.
