But at 10:41 p.M., their boat ride turned into a nightmare, crashing into a barge near a bridge. It was very dark out there last night and very difficult to see the barges in the water. Reporter: This afternoon, authorities discovered a woman's body, they also announced they are charging the boat operator with vehicular manslaughter and assault.
