The video shows a white officer confronting a black man for walking in the road the sidewalk was under construction. The confrontation escalates and ends with the man under arrest here's ABC's outs press. Tonight this video hook police stuff is sparking outrage. Lieutenant T Olson attempts to stop largely Thomas.
