The Scenario: A young teen and her boyfriend sit at a table at a small café in University Park, Texas. The anxious teen is heard telling her boyfriend that she is pregnant. The boyfriend doesn't take the news well and lashes out, telling her she should have an abortion – he doesn't want to be a parent. She is distraught, but her boyfriend is undeterred. It's a scenario we've tackled before, in Wayne, N.J., in what turned out to be one of the most heartfelt scenarios of the season. What will happen when we take the issue down to the Bible Belt?

What They Said:

"It's a very emotional decision, and I know it's controversial, but I feel like sometimes the decision to do it is not thought out to be a long-term choice, and on how you're going to feel later." --Susan Raybourn, café patron

"I think that you're giving life to something that's precious … and I think you will be -- as you take a long look in your life -- you will be happy you made that decision." --Virginia Howard, café patron supporting the girl's desire to continue the pregnancy,

"You shouldn't be doing that! C'mon! C'mon! I realize that hormones rage, but have control. Have self-control over yourself. Because then if you do you won't be in this predicament." --Lori Glanzer, café patron

Watch the scenario unfold on "What Would You Do?" on Friday at 9 p.m. ET on ABC.
