— -- Thousands of people every year are diagnosed with early onset dementia and Alzheimer's disease.

In addition to personally dealing with their diagnosis, and telling their family members, patients must also figure out what do about their jobs.

If diagnosed, do you disclose right away to your boss? Do you hide your diagnosis? Do you risk losing your job and facing discrimination?
