— -- Having a baby isn't all fun, games and celebrations.

This is something her mother Michelle -- who as you can guess by the title of the show has dealt with the struggles of pregnancy 19 times -- is helping the first-time mother get through.

"I have said to Jill, 'When you feel sick and so tired, remember you are growing another person inside of you and this is a good reason to be sick,'" Michelle told People magazine.

Michelle, 47, continued, "For me, I would try to sit down and rest whenever I was sick while pregnant. You have to do what you have to do. The end result is so worth it."

Michelle isn't the only woman involved who is excited at the idea of a new grandchild.

Derick's mother Cathy is also very excited, especially because she wasn't able to help with wedding plans due to her recent battle with cancer.

"I was unable to be involved in any of the wedding preparations for Jill and Derick," she said. "And so I am really looking forward to helping them get ready for the baby!"

Jill and Derick were married on June 21.
