'Bachelor' Sean Lowe and Catherine Giudici: 'We're Excited to Consummate!'
The reality TV stars open up about waiting until marriage to have sex.
Jan. 22, 2014 -- The long wait is almost over.
"Bachelor" stars Sean Lowe and Catherine Giudici have been open about their decision to abstain from sex until marriage, and now, the countdown is on until their big day.
"I don't know what you're talking about!" Giudici joked to ABC News
"Well of course [we're excited]," Lowe added.
For the couple, the choice to wait was the right one, Giudici explained.
"We made a really good decision for us and we're excited to consummate as husband and wife," she said. "It's something that is a benefit of being married."
Another benefit? Finally living together. On "The View," the couple shared that they were also waiting to move in together until after they were officially wed. When asked if annoying living habits might cause a strain in their new union, Giudici seemed unfazed.
"Those aren't dealbreakers. If something bothers us, we have conversations about it," she said. "I'm a messy person [so] I'm going to be more of an issue!"
