— -- Comedic legend Chevy Chase has entered rehab for what's being described as a "tune-up."

A rep for the 72-year-old actor confirmed to ABC News that Chase has checked into the Hazelden Addiction Treatment Center in Minnesota for an alcohol-related issue.

In 1986, Chase checked into the Betty Ford Clinic for a painkiller addiction.

Chase has two films in the works -- "Dog Years" and "The Christmas Apprentice," both slated for release in 2016. Other recent credits include "Vacation" and the TV series "Community."
