— -- The celebration of Prince's life continued Thursday night at an all-star tribute concert in the legendary musician's home state of Minnesota.
Fans gathered at the Xcel Energy Center in St. Paul, Minnesota, to experience an impressive lineup of A-list performers, including Stevie Wonder, Tori Kelly and Christina Aguilera. Purple Rain co-stars Morris Day and the Time also joined in to honor Prince's legacy, as well as members of Prince's bands, New Power Generation and 3rd Eye Girl.
Former Pussycat Doll Nicole Scherzinger, Prince's ex-wife Mayte Garcia and his former backup singer-dancers The Twinz attended the event, along with thousands of eager fans wishing to pay their respects to the Purple One.
Prince's family is also hosting a three-night dance party in his honor called "Dance On 'Til Dawn." The last night will take place Friday at the Muse Event Center in Prince's hometown of Minneapolis.
The famous compound Prince called home, Paisley Park, was issued a temporary permit to operate as a museum for three days this month. Organizers are hoping to arrange for additional temporary permit dates.
