quicklist: 1title: Matthew Brodericktext: Between his career and his personal life, Matthew Broderick has been keeping himself very busy since starring as Ferris Bueller. He has undoubtedly had the most success out of all of his costars. He's done TV, film and voiceover in drama and comedy. But his passion lies no doubt in theater.
In the '90s, Broderick starred in the Tony-award winning musical "How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying." He went on to star in "The Producers," which he later took to the big screen. He also made appearances in "The Odd Couple" and "The Philanthropist."
Outside of acting, Broderick is married to "Sex and the City" star Sarah Jessica Parker. The couple has a son, as well as twin girls they had through a surrogate. They've been married since 1997.

Fox from 1996 to 2002 and he also played the lead character in NBC's 2010 drama "Persons Unknown," which only last one season. quicklist: 3title: Mia Saratext: Mia Sara played Bueller's gorgeous girlfriend Sloane Peterson, but since "Ferris Bueller," she's pretty much stayed out of the limelight. She went on to have a few odd roles in TV and film with her most memorable as Jean Claude Van Damme's wife in 1994's "Timecop." Her most recent role was in "Dorothy and the Witches of Oz."
But aside from acting, Sara has had an impressive personal life. She was married to Jason Connery, the son of actor Sean Connery, from 1996 to 2002, and has a son with him. She is now married to "The Muppets" creator Jim Henson's son Brian with whom she has a daughter. Another fun fact? In 1994, she got her own private pilot's license. media: 17030496
quicklist: 4title: Jeffrey Jonestext: Jeffrey Jones played Edward Rooney, the malevolent principal of Bueller's high school. Throughout the film, Bueller desperately tries to stay away from Rooney. But in real life, Jones has not shied away from the spotlight. Since "Bueller" he has had starring roles in TV, made-for-TV movies and films. Most notably were his roles in 1999's "Sleepy Hollow" and 1997's "The Devil's Advocate." His latest project is HBO's made-for-TV film "Hemingway & Gellhorn," in which he stars alongside Nicole Kidman and Clive Owen.
But he's had his share of scandal. In 2003, he was arrested for possession of child pornography and accused of hiring a 14-year-old boy to pose for pornographic photos. The now 65-year-old actor failed to update his sex offender status, once in 2004 and once in 2010.media: 17030525
quicklist: 5title: Jennifer Greytext: Jennifer Grey played Ferris Bueller's sarcastic older sister Jeanie. Since the film, she's had a solid career. She's starred in a multitude of made-for-TV movies including "Since You've Been Gone," "Outrage" and "The Player," as well as several TV guest starring roles. Most recently, she starred in the Lifetime movie, "The Bling Ring" and she just wrapped "In Your Eyes" where she stars alongside Twilight's Nikki Reed. But Grey hasn't starred in anything quite as popular as "Ferrie Bueller's Day Off," aside from "Dirty Dancing" of course, which came out just one year later.
In addition to acting, Grey won the 11th season of "Dancing With the Stars" with professional partner Derek Hough, despite injuries. But in her days since Bueller, Grey has been in the spotlight more for her plastic surgery than her acting. The actress had a nose job to remove a bump that made her almost unrecognizable and jeopardized her career. The 52-year-old actress later admitted that she regretted having the surgery.media: 17030541
