'The Walking Dead's' Jeffrey Dean Morgan Imagines Show With Negan as Hero
Actor explains his vision for a show around his character.
— -- Negan broke a lot of hearts at the beginning of this season's "The Walking Dead" by killing not one, but two of Rick's gang.
The guy is pretty ruthless, but Jeffrey Dean Morgan, who plays the new villain, doesn't see it that way.
ABC News spoke to the actor and asked him some fun "What If" scenarios, including what a "Walking Dead" show following Negan around since season 1, not Rick, would look like.
"Then he'd be the hero," Morgan said, adding the fans would also think more highly of his notorious bat Lucille.
Minor spoilers ahead!
We also asked him how things would be different if he'd killed Maggie instead of Glenn, and what other "Dead" villain he'd like to square off against! Check out the full video above.
