"Years ago, I had my nose done and my boobs -- best thing I ever did," she revealed in the December issue of Women's Health magazine. "Recently I had a filler in a line in my neck I’ve had since I was 12."
"As much as you want to love your inner self ... I’m sorry, you also want to look good," she said. "I don’t think you should do it for a man or anyone else, but if it makes you feel confident, that’s amazing."
"The bottom line is I’m not 21 anymore, so it used to be so easy and I didn’t have to do as much," she said of her new workout plan. "But you’re getting a little older and I’ve got to cut things out. It’s important, it’s now part of my day. Working out is part of my day, eating right is part of my day."
"Always eat half," she said in the magazine. "We eat our entire plate and by the end we just want to fall over because we’ve totally overeaten. If you’re still hungry, eat it later, but if you think about it you don’t really need it. So that’s been a really good tip for me."
Cuoco, 30, is focusing on herself after splitting from ex-husband Ryan Sweeting. The two wed in 2013 after just a few months of dating and announced their split in 2015.
Thankfully, Cuoco turned to her new workout regimen to handle her new normal.
"I’ve cried numerous times in yoga," she revealed. "The best part is I’m sweating so bad no one can tell. ... Everyone’s going through stuff in their lives, every single person."
