Kim Zolciak-Biermann Updates Fans After Heart Surgery

The reality TV star recently suffered a mini-stroke.

— -- Kim Zolciak-Biermann is letting fans know that she is doing just fine after her heart surgery.

The reality TV star posted a photo on Instagram following her procedure, which the former "Dancing With The Stars" contestant revealed was a "success."

"My [heart] surgery was a success!!" wrote Zolciak-Biermann. "I can't wait to be back on my feet 100%! Glad it's over! Quite the whirlwind this last month has been...but such a blessing too."

The mother of six also thanked her family, including professional football player husband Kroy Biermann, the Atlanta Falcons football team, and her "amazing" team of doctors and nurses for their continued support in her recovery.

Zolciak-Biermann was rushed to the hospital after suffering a mini-stroke in Atlanta, Ga., last month.

The former "Real Housewives of Atlanta" star revealed that "the left side of [her] body went completely numb and [her] speech was gone."

Following her health scare, Zolciak-Biermann was unable to travel to Los Angeles to perform on "Dancing With The Stars," and was forced to withdraw from the competition.
