Lea Michele Remembers Her 'Love,' Cory Monteith, on His Birthday

May 12, 2014 — -- It's been 10 months since Cory Monteith's death, but his girlfriend, Lea Michele, has not forgotten him in the least.
The "Glee" star posted a touching tribute to Monteith on Sunday, which would have been his 32nd birthday.

"The biggest heart and most beautiful smile.. In all of our hearts.. We love you so.. Happy Birthday," she posted next to a black-and-white photo of the couple.
Monteith was found dead of a mixture of alcohol and drugs in his Vancouver, Canada, hotel room in July.
Earlier this year, Michele, 27, admitted she and her "Glee" co-star had discussed having children before his death.

"We talked about a lot of things. We talked about children and what we would look like when we grew old and who would be fat and how we would stay thin," she told Glamour U.K. magazine for its April cover story. "We talked about where we wanted to go and what we wanted to do."
