We've seen him in the past communicate on Twitter, even helping fans figure out whether their Luke Skywalker-signed "Star Wars" merchandise is real. He adores his fans and they feel the same way about the Jedi master.
Two days ago, Jessica Bentley reached out to Hamill dressed in all black, reminiscent of Luke in "Return of the Jedi," and asked him a very sincere question.
"Can I go to comic con as Luke Skywalker even though I'm a girl? I'm doing it anyways :) #wigsarefun," she wrote of the big annual Comic-Con entertainment and comic convention.
Hamill, 64, responded in kind.
"Gender matters not when you're rocking' the Force like you are, baby!" he wrote in classic Yoda fashion. "#FantasticallyForcefulFemme #JoltinJediJessica"
Bentley responded today by inviting the actor to dinner.
"You have made one weird girl super happy!!!!!!" she wrote.
With this one, the force is strong!
